Pangolin Projects

We are just starting out so we are focusing on what we know well at the beginning - energy, waste and waste with a plan to spread knowledge. 

We are supporting two projects so far which are up and running using waste and energy - The Plastic Brick Project and Waste to Cooking Fuel. 

We are also currently planning our sponsorship of our first young engineer to support him in his training and start him on the road to his own enterprise.

As well as this we will be sponsoring two enthusiastic teachers to gain STEM knowledge to widen the breadth of their education and what their school can offer in the future. 

The Plastic Brick Project

Creating bricks out of plastic pollution.

In most developing countries there is little organised waste collection. Although some plastic items have a value and are therefore recycled, much is left lying around which is an eyesore and a health hazard. 

Waste to Cooking Project

Creating cooking gas out of manure and food waste.

3 million people worldwide still cook on open fires. Often in the same countries food waste disposal causes health problems; encouraging vermin and disease and causing ground water pollution.
